1. What District Zero is
District Zero ("the Service", "we") is a price-comparison and market-information platform for Pokémon Trading Card Game products. We automatically collect publicly available prices and stock information from third-party online shops, normalize them for comparison, and offer optional e-mail notifications about price and availability changes. The Service is operated by the entity identified in the Impressum.
2. Information, not advice
All prices, availability data, signals, "deals" and BUY/WATCH/WAIT indications are informational only. They are produced by automated systems from third-party data and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not financial, investment or purchasing advice. Always verify the current price and availability on the shop's own website before buying. Collectible prices can fall as well as rise; nothing on this Service is a promise of future value. Card and Vault reference values are estimates from available market data, not purchase offers or guaranteed sale prices. They may not include shipping, fees or the specific condition of your item; a missing valuation does not mean an item has no value.
3. Third-party shops and affiliate links
We do not sell collectible products. Purchases of those products happen on third-party shop websites under their terms, and we are not a party to those transactions. District Zero Priority is described in section 5. Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking them, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships and any clearly marked "Partner" placements never influence our price comparisons, deal rankings or signals.
4. Alerts and accounts
Scanner alert subscriptions require consent and e-mail confirmation (double opt-in). You enable wishlist target alerts yourself in an account with a verified e-mail address. You can unsubscribe from alerts using the link in the alert message. Signing in or buying Priority does not itself subscribe you to alerts. Sign-in and service messages are separate from alert subscriptions. Unsubscribing from alerts does not cancel a paid subscription; manage that as described in section 5. We aim for fast, reliable delivery but do not guarantee that any alert arrives, or arrives in time for a purchase. Use of alerts is governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. Priority subscription, payments and refunds
The paid “Priority” subscription is sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The relevant Paddle contracting entity is identified in its buyer terms according to the country of purchase. Paddle issues invoices, charges VAT and processes payments; by purchasing you enter into a contract with Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT before you complete a purchase.
Free includes 25 unique owned Vault positions; Priority includes unlimited positions. Extra copies of the same position and wishlist entries do not count towards this limit. When you return to Free, existing positions remain saved; new unique positions cannot be added at or above the limit. Reference valuations are shown only where available.
Priority is a recurring subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm a purchase; the subscription automatically renews and Paddle charges recurring payments until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time in the customer portal (“Manage subscription” on the Priority page); cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund requests can be submitted through Paddle support and are assessed under its Refund Policy, buyer terms and applicable law. A full refund may end paid access before the end of the billing period. Your statutory consumer rights (including under EU law) are not affected.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't scrape or bulk-redistribute our data or content without written permission.
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's design, text and software are ours or licensed to us. Pokémon and all related names and images are trademarks of their respective owners (Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company). District Zero is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by these companies.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damages arising from use of the Service, including purchase decisions based on displayed data, missed or delayed alerts, and downtime. Mandatory statutory rights — including consumer rights and liability for intentional damage — remain unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be announced on this page with a new effective date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. You can stop using the Service and unsubscribe at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU remain unaffected. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution (coi.cz).
